• Tasks & conversations: to-dos you create and AI chat messages, stored so you can return to them.
• Cookie consent: your category choices and a timestamp.
• Approximate location: only when you allow it in your browser, to show nearby help. Not stored on our servers.

Consent for optional cookies and AI features. Contract necessity for account and task storage. Legitimate interest for security and abuse prevention.

We share only what's required to operate the service: secure hosting, AI processing for assistant replies, and email delivery for reminders. We never sell personal data.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Write to support@terranowa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Account data is kept while your account is active and removed on deletion. Cookie-consent records are kept for 24 months for audit purposes.

TerraNowa is not intended for children under 16.

We will notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
